ARC 600mm Stainless Steel and Black Glass Fan Forced Multi-Function Oven Features 5 Cooking Functions, 67L Gross Capacity, Triple Glazed Door, Cooling Fan and more.The top and bottom heating Elements, as well as the fan will come on guaranteeing constant heat being distributed uniformly throughout the oven. This mode is especially recommended for cooking pre-packed food quickly (as pre-heating is not necessary), such as frozen or pre-cooked food as well as a few home-made dishes. The best results when cooking using the Fast cooking mode are obtained if you use one cooking level only (use the second tray from the bottom).The AR5S has a Triple glazed door meaning three panels of glass in the door to keep more heat in and a cooler to touch outer oven door. The entire door is also fully removable to make cleaning easy.
